Sublimatic printer

Mimaki Ds 160

Sublimatic printing occupies important part in printing on textile materials which are used, both outdoors and indoors. Colors are sublimatic, resistant to UV radiation and other atmospheric impacts. Sublimation enables the colors to pass through texture, so we don’t have front side-reverse side effect. Visibility is reciprocal with the same intensity.

D gen Telios/fixation

Sublimatic printer is of the latest generation with high resolution of print on textile with specific emphasizing on printing speed and fixing, which is performed simultaneously. This option allows printing and fixing speed of 40 m2 per hour, due to which capacities solely on this printer are 800 m2 on daily basis, and total capacities of our machines 1200 m2 daily, in terms of sublimatic technology.

Solvent printer

Solvent printing occupies important place in the world of digital printing of large formats in terms of printing for outdoor and indoor application. Our company has a printer of high technology, precision and massive production. Mimaki uses solvent colors resistant to UV radiation and other atmospheric impacts (printing is not fading on the sun).
Printing is possible on materials from roll with maximal width of 162 cm.
Main features: high quality-high printing speed.
Print materials: PVC folia, paper, tarpaulin linen, mesh, city light, blue back, polypropylene, backlit, frontlit.
Print resolution: 1440x1440 dpi.
Print speed: 540x1080 dpi – 40 m2/h

UV printer

Mimaki UV JF1631/ flat to flat

UV digital printing is the newer generation technology which offers limitless options in the field of direct printing on all types of plate materials (woods, clirite, metal, forex, lexan, ceramics, glass, all types of plastics, leather, aluminum....). Option of printing white color for dark and transparent surfaces, for indoor and outdoor decoration.
Print resolution: 1440x1440 dpi.
Print speed: 15 m2/h
Print area: 310x165 cm, material thickness up to 51 mm

Multi-purpose machine used for cutting and engraving various types of materials with high precision. It cuts solid materials up to 50 mm thickness, using its router head, on very large cutting area 230x160 cm.

Laser-

Multi-purpose machines used for cutting various types of materials with high precision. It cuts materials up to 12 mm thickness, on area 90x60 cm.
Materials: Woods, clirite (Plexiglas), plastics, rubber for seals, glass, leather, rubber, textile, compressed sponge (EVA foam), ceramics, stone, marble, anode oxidized aluminum, browned and chromed metal, magnetic stickers.

Thermal shaping-

Machine is used for thermal bending of plate materials with large operating area and fast production. Thermal shaping is performed in plate materials like clirite, forex, polystirol, PVC, up to 30 mm thickness.
